After the trial ends there is no obligation to continue and your child keeps the t-shirt.
Normal month to month training fees are $20.00 and there are no contracts.
We limit each class in capacity to 10 children, so every child receives adequate attention and not left out of the fun.

What is Kiddy Kwon?
Kiddy Kwon is a fun half hour class designed for children aged 5-7 years. The class helps children build self esteem and improve their attention span.
Kiddy Kwon is a properly designed and fully supervised program to encourage growth in your child. All instructors hold a valid Blue Card registration.

Additionally, your child will learn self defence awareness skills in a safe environment as part of a structured curriculum.
What are the benefits of Kiddy Kwon?
Active children normally develop three elements of fitness when they play, which are:

Endurance through running;

Strength through climbing; and
-
Flexibility through reaching for high or low items.
Kiddy Kwon classes encourage children to do a variety of activities so they can work on all three elements of fitness.
Endurance develops when children regularly get aerobic activity. Aerobic exercises in Kiddy Kwon classes are designed to be fun and include running drills, agility ladder transitions and low hurdle jumping.
Improving strength does not have to mean lifting weights. At Kiddy Kwon classes, children do push-ups, stomach crunches, pull-ups, and other exercises to help tone and strengthen muscles. These exercises are completed under close supervision from an instructor and the children are encouraged as they complete each exercise.
Stretching exercises help improve flexibility, allowing muscles and joints to bend and move easily through their full range of motion. Kiddy Kwon classes encourage students to improve their flexibility through basic stretching and reaching exercises, once the student has fully warmed up.
