Energy Levels at Training

 

To increase your energy levels at training make sure you eat something 1-2 hours before you arrive at class.

 

This way you're sure to get the most out of your Taekwon-Do class as you'll be alert and your blood sugar levels will be in a good range.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fitness

 

Rather than sit on the lounge and just watch TV, multitask and ride your exercise bike during your favourite shows.

 

You will feel like you have accomplished something and it will add to your fitness levels.
